Homeschooling and Registration
Before registering your child with GAP Online, it is important that you carefully read the information below and ensure that you understand the requirements, responsibilities and payment terms.
Homeschooling and Registration
Learners receiving homeschooling must, where applicable, be registered with the Department of Basic Education for homeschooling. The necessary forms can be provided to you by GAP Online on request and are also available on our website.
The completion and submission of the necessary documentation to the Department of Basic Education remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Parents are advised to keep themselves informed of the Department's current requirements regarding homeschooling and registration.
